TLDR
Go to https://www.infinityfree.com and create a free account. Then choose a domain and create a “hosting” account. Upload your site to the “htdocs” folder if you have one or use the “Softaculous Apps Installer” to install WordPress/Joomla or something similar.

Before we get started, we’ll need to have a couple of things handy:
1. An email address to set up your infinityfree account.

Step 1: Create an infinityfree account
Go to https://www.infinityfree.com and click the register button in the top right corner. Then you’ll see the following page
You should just enter email and password, it’s just simple.
Step 2: Create a free hosting account
Once registered, you should login and create a free hosting account. Select the “Accounts” tab in the dashboard and then click “Create Account”.
Then choose the free hosting plan.
And now enter a domain name and choose a domain extension. If you have an existing domain you can delete this one later.
Step 3: Control Panel login
Once the hosting account is created you’ll be able to login into the control panel. Go to the account tab in the dashboard and select the account that we created earlier.
Clicking the “Control Panel” button does what it says.
Step 4: Uploading the site
At this point you can use the file manager from the control panel to upload your site in the “htdocs” folder or just use the “Softaculous Apps Installer” to install WordPress/Joomla or something similar
